I just wanted to drop a line and let you know that Dave asked me to marry him and presented the most fabulous ring on Christmas day! I said YES...of course!

The ring turned out absolutely perfectly! It's exactly what I had in my head the first day we came to your store! We knew from the second that we walked in, that you were the ones who would make my ring. We loved the fact that there was no pressure, and the fact that you were/are so accommodating to our needs/wants.

We will certainly be back to get our wedding bands, once we decide to set a date and go on to the next chapter...as of right now, we are just enjoying being engaged.

According to the manufacturer's website, the smallest size of the ring I could ordered is an 8. Rob Schwartz said no problem; he called them & ordered a size 7.5. The wedding date loomed near; Rob fielded my anxious calls with unfailing courtesy, put in a rush order & mailed it overnight express, at no additional charge. This is old-fashioned customer service with a vengeance. I would recommend Harry Merrill & Son, Inc. without qualification for customer service and business accountability.

I have since fallen in love with this ring anew each day I put it on. It is truly an exquisite work of art. I can't begin to convey how very, very fortunate we feel to have found you on the Internet! I had searched for what felt like an eternity for "the ring" and came unbelievably close to settling for "a ring". I am so glad I didn't give up. Each one of you that we worked with made this an extremely pleasant (downright happy, really) experience for us. He was slightly skeptical that I could find "the ring" on the Internet and be so sure without ever actually laying eyes on the ring in person but I somehow knew this was it. Once I sent the e-mail to you requesting more information and received such an immediate and professional response, from Robert, any reservations I may have had were forgotten.
